Lauren B. Fechter
Ms. Fechter is a partner in the firm specializing in affordable housing, real estate matters, syndications and nonprofit law. Ms. Fechter assists developers in connection with the acquisition, financing and syndication of real estate projects utilizing low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits. Ms. Fechter has also negotiated ground leases, disposition and development agreements and owner participation agreements with a wide variety of state and local agencies.
Education: Graduated from Tufts University in 1997, cum laude with a B.A. degree in International Relations. Received J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2000, with honors. Member of The State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. Also admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut
