Charles CJ Higley

Mr. Higley is a partner in the firm specializing in land use, real estate, and construction.  Mr. Higley has over two decades of experience representing developers in all aspects of real estate development, including acquisition of land, entitlements (projects approvals and environmental/CEQA review), negotiation of design and construction contracts, and construction-phase permits and agreements. Prior to joining Gubb & Barshay, Mr. Higley was a partner in the San Francisco real estate practice of Farella Bruan + Martel LLP.

Education: Graduated from University of Virigina in 1995 with a B.A. in Government. Received J.D. from Berkeley Law School in 2002, and M.S.E.L. from Vermont Law School in 2002. Member of the State Bar of California.
