Ms. Romero is a project coordinator with the firm and assists the attorneys in every stage of an affordable housing project’s lifespan.  Ms. Romero drafts and reviews real estate closing and loan documents, prepares entity formation documents, reviews title and survey and works with title officers, surveyors and other related parties and prepares documents for real estate closings, including escrow instructions, assignments, substitution agreements and others.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Romero spent several years as a Project Lead for a rental housing industry leader. She was responsible for overseeing all new acquisition and disposition projects for the entire Northern California region as well as Hawaii.
