Erica Williams Orcharton
Ms. Orcharton is a partner with the firm, specializing in affordable housing financing, real estate, syndications and non-profit law. She has been working in real estate and affordable housing for over 20 years. Ms. Orcharton assists clients in the affordable housing development process including deal structuring, the negotiation and drafting of financing documents, easement agreements, ground leases, development disposition agreements and service contracts. In addition, she advises clients on nonprofit governance, property management, and welfare property tax exemption issues.
Education: Graduated from Occidental College with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Women’s Studies. Received J.D. from the University of Southern California School Law in 1999 where she served on the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Member of The State Bar of California.
